What I've been reading

I haven't taken a single photo this year. That is bad, my friends.

I'm not quite sure what my problem is, as I am feeling perfectly healthy and not too very pregnant. My belly gets in the way some, but the morning sickness is gone and I've even gotten motivated to work out a couple times a week. But I have no crafting, cooking, cleaning spirit! I cook and clean when I have to and I did make brownies once but I only sew when practically forced into it.

Instead, I read a lot.

Discovery of Witches I finally found this one at the library and I enjoyed it but I did not know it was going to be part of a trilogy! I also feel it could be a lot shorter, but worth a read nonetheless.

Dragon Keeper Suggested by a OWU friend, as a way to entertain myself while waiting the next 7 years for the next Game of Thrones novel. They are quick, but fun and I'm waiting for the library to order the 3rd book that came out last week. Hurry, MOM!!

Lord of the Rings Jacob and I spend DAYS watching the trilogy on Showtime over the holidays, so when I saw the novel on the shelf at the library, I decided to give it a go. I know I've read them before, 8th grade, I think, but I'm quite pleased with how much I enjoy it. Pretty much anything I read before adulthood and hated, and I should re-read things more often. Except Ivanhoe. I will always hate that story.

How about you? Anything good lately?
